ERA CITY

The Era Group continues the realization of the ERA CITY project in Skopje. According to the anticipations, in September 2007 it will start the construction of a modern business building and of a most modern facilitating and traffic infrastructure including 5.000 parking places. The estimated value of all investments in the coming five years in the ERA CITY projects, i.e. in the construction of the biggest and most modern regional business-shopping center in the Republic of Macedonia, is about 150 million EUR that will be realized by ERA GROUP in partnerships.

The business building in ERA CITY will be of 33.600 m2 gross area on ten floors and three underground garages . Its architectonic form will be modern, with a high standard easily distinguishable in its surrounding. The building will be aimed primarily for the foreign enterprises and organizations that enter the Macedonian market, i.e. the region, as well as the middle- and small-sized companies, representative offices and institutions who need their affirmation, i.e. to internationalize themselves in the markets of South-East Europe. Parallel, we have talks with the prospective partners who recognize ideal business opportunity to act in this region.

ERA GROUP is a majority owner of the company SKOPJE FAIR that possesses also 155.000 m2 land aimed for construction of the biggest and most modern regional business-shopping center ERA CITY Skopje. The estimated value of all investments in the project ERA CITY in the coming years is approximately 150 million EUR to be realized by ERA GROUP in partnerships. The overall investment will create about 800 new jobs. The urban plan enables construction of numerous planned buildings of versatile activities and purposes on additional 110.000 m2 land.

Simultaneously, ERA GROUP is renovating the existing capacities where in compliance to the new concept it introduces new contents, too. The base of the overall project is a unique urban plan and unique building plot that enables the highest flexibility and adaptation to the requirements of the individual users and investors.

ERA GROUP in Macedonia continues developing the MBC (Multi Business Center) that is already the center of business events in Skopje oriented to complementary services and higher added value to the business partners. Namely, MBC in Macedonia is one of the regional entrepreneurship centers that operate within the Era Group. It provides a support in internationalizing foreign enterprises and ensures and advances top services related to the contemporary technology in order to support the entrepreneurship activities and foreign clients.

The activities of MBC are based on individual segments and issues of the design work that are or will be in future present primarily in the following target fields: information technology, telecommunications, tourism, business services, biotechnology, nano technology, human resources, medicine, ventures-risk capital, European assets, alternative sources of energy and healthy living. MBC discovers the prospective penetrating enterprises in their start and it assists them when making their first steps. It performs the high quality of services also by active introduction of expertise and practitioners within the individual projects.

So, for efficient performance of the entrepreneurship stories ERA GROUP, through MBC, establishes a supporting entrepreneurship structure in the network of the involved partner enterprises in Slovenia, Macedonia and in the other markets of the Balkans. In addition to the services related to the information and telecommunication technologies it offers also entrepreneurship consultation and other specialist services being developed in its partnerships.
